Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting our customer service at info@kokokoaching.com, or by notifying your assigned Koach. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.
 

Subject to the following conditions, you may be eligible for a refund / adjustment of fees post cancellation. Our standard, unconditional refund policy is a 30-day, 100% money-back guarantee.
 

To be eligible for the refund, you must complete the following requirements:
 

i. Send an email to info@kokokoaching.com within thirty (30) days of joining Koko Koaching and request the refund of your account.
